December Newsletter

December 2, 2019

With the winter weather upon us, the grey, dark days and early nights sometimes responsible for stifling productivity and creativity, it has perhaps time instead to reflect on what has been a very eventful 2019 for David Henty Art.

I’ve been delighted to take part in two successful exhibitions and to be represented by two more galleries across England in the coming months: HOST in Plymouth and NOVA in Leamington Spa. I have also been honing my public speech skills giving talks to Ferring Art Society and at The Ardington Hotel, my fee for the latter given to three worthy charities chosen by the Mayor of Worthing.

2020 is already filling up with a talk at the WI and two more galleries in the pipeline, one in Lynmouth and one in Edinburgh. Another highlight will be plans to spend a couple of months in the sun to work on new pieces. Any artist/paintings you would like to see me recreate, please email over your suggestions (david@davidhentyart.co.uk).

This year we have decided not to produce a Christmas card, (doing our bit for the trees) but I hope your Christmas is filled with fine wine and fine art.

Merry Christmas and Best Wishes

David Henty
